Meet Sidney Fairley, LMFT-A

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in empowering women and adolescent girls to embrace their identity, build resilience, and foster healthy relationships.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Texas A&M University and bring three years of experience in mindfulness practices and Attachment-Based Family Therapy.
My Journey:
-
Grew up in a military family, living in Texas, New York, Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, and Germany
-
Experience in nonprofit family services, crisis management, and as a Lead Clinician
-
Former work in hospitality and Disney leadership roles — bringing deep empathy and communication skills into my practice

“Fairley Simple Therapy” is not only a play on my last name but also a reflection of my core philosophy: to provide what every client deserves—a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, validated, and accompanied on your journey to healing.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward a brighter, more confident future, I’d love to connect with you.
