HOW IT WORKS

This won't look like your typical therapy

This is your safe space and your mirror.

What We Do

We treat the whole picture: your history, relationships, work, culture, and the specific weight of being the first person in your family to do what you're doing.

Think of it as a full blood panel instead of a single test result. Once you know what's actually happening in the system, you can finally do something about it.

Best for:

High-Achieving Professionals · First-Generation Women ·
Female Founders and Business Owners · Women in Life Transition

What It Looks Like

You deserve a safe space where you'll unpack your experiences free from judgement. A space that acknowledges all the nuances and societal context of the world around you.

Everyone moves at their own pace but the shape of the work is consistent and you'll always know which phase you're in and what we're building toward.

THE FOUR PHASES OF CLINICAL WORK

How the work unfolds

01

DISCOVERY PHASE

We learn you before we treat you. This is where we build your family map: your history, relationships, how you handle stress, where your confidence holds and where it collapses, and we build your genogram to get a full picture of your family across generations. Most people have never seen their own family drawn out like this and it tends to be a big *lightbulb* moment for many.

02

EXPERIENTIAL PHASE

We find what actually works for your nervous system in real life not in theory. Instead of just assigning homework, we do it together. We take a yoga class and talk about what happened in your body. We use art and movement. You won't leave with a generic list of coping strategies. You'll leave knowing the things that reliably bring you back to yourself because we tested them together.

03

DEEP WORK PHASE

This is what people think therapy is - talking about your feelings. Starting here is how people end up convinced therapy didn't work for them. But by now, you'll have the tools and the trust to handle deeper work. This is when we go into the generational patterns, attachment wounds, ways you participate in your own limitations.

04

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

This is when you take it into your life. New boundaries with family. New ways of leading your team. Different standards for who gets access to you. We work through what actually happens when you start showing up differently. This is where the work stops being about understanding yourself and starts being about running your life differently.

How to get started

Inquiry Form

STEP ONE

Have something on your mind? Fill out the contact form and let us know how we can best help.

STEP TWO

Consultation

We'll talk about what's bringing you here. If we're not the right fit, we can point you toward someone who is.

STEP THREE

First Session

We start with a conversation about what's on your mind and map out what we're working towards.

The Work

Start wherever you are. Every path here goes the same direction: forward.

The Clarity Intensive

Short-term, goal-driven work to name what's actually in the way and leave with a plan. No endless processing.

Life Transitions Therapy

For those stepping into a new version of who they are becoming. We'll navigate the uncharted territory together with intention.

High-Achiever Support

Identity work for the woman who looks successful from the outside and quietly runs on imposter syndrome.

Family & Couples

Growth changes you. It can change those around you too. For families and partners who want to move through it together instead of apart.

Attachment & Relationship Work

Your patterns in love, friendship, and work came from somewhere. This is the deep work we'll do together to find the root and rewrite the story.

Children & Adolescents

Young people carry more than they show. A space built to meet them where they are, through the years that shape who they become.
